Fee & Scholarship Regulations

  •  Fee Payment Schedule
Fees may be paid in two equal installments (50% each). New students must pay the first installment at the time of enrollment. No student will be admitted or allowed to continue attendance after the start of a term unless all fees due from the beginning of that term have been paid in full.
  • Fee Receipts
For every fee payment, whether by international or domestic students, an official receipt signed and dated by an authorized representative appointed by the Dean will be issued.
  • Late Payment and Re-enrollment Fees
If a student fails to pay the fees within 8 days after the due date, a late payment fine of 1.5% per week will be charged. Should the fees remain unpaid after 30 days, the student’s name will be removed from the college rolls. Re-admission requires payment of all outstanding fees and fines, plus a re-enrollment fee as follows:
  1. Undergraduate Programs : $1,670
  2. Nursing Courses : $1,255
  3. Management Courses : $1,670
  4. Postgraduate Programs : $2,400
  • Withdrawal and Fee Refunds
Students who leave the college during a term will not be entitled to any fee refund or remission. Payment of examination fees does not guarantee eligibility to sit for exams. Candidates must submit examination applications by the deadlines announced by the College and meet satisfactory requirements in attendance, academic progress, and conduct. Failure to meet these requirements will result in exam ineligibility.
  • Examination Eligibility
Students will not be permitted to appear for semester examinations unless all prescribed fees have been fully paid.
  • Scholarships and Fee Concessions
Scholarship and fee concession applications must be recommended by the Dean. For international students, applications must be supported by an authorized college consultant. Selection for scholarships and fee concessions is merit-based and considers the financial status of the student’s family. Awards are conditional upon maintaining regular attendance, good conduct, and satisfactory academic progress. The College reserves the right to revoke scholarships or concessions if these conditions are not met.
  • Existing Scholarship Holders
Students who are already beneficiaries of scholarships from the Government or any other organization are not eligible to receive additional scholarships or fee concessions from Bruanwald College of Medical Science.
